Privacy Law Consulting Australia (PLCA) is the legal consultancy of
its Principal Consultant, Jeremy Douglas-Stewart.
Jeremy has specialised in privacy laws since 2003 and has
developed a reputation as one of Australia’s pre-eminent privacy
lawyers. Jeremy has published extensively in the field of privacy
and is the author of a privacy law looseleaf reporting service used
by law firms and corporate legal divisions nationally. Jeremy is a
regular presenter of privacy training workshops and seminars for
businesses, not-for-profits and government agencies. Jeremy was a
member of the Privacy Commissioner's Consultative Group during her
review of the Privacy Act in 2004-2005 and of the Australian Law
Reform Commission's Privacy Principles Roundtable in 2007.
Before establishing PLCA, Jeremy worked in the commercial banking
and finance division of a major Adelaide law firm.

government agencies, hotels, health service providers, employer
associations, careers service providers, travel agencies, internet
service providers, night clubs and cinemas.
